I wish I can give a -5. This location is the worst location ever. My husband had an appointment for a CT scan and right when we got here all of a sudden their whole machine and system was down. It’s a Friday. I believe they just wanted to leave early and refused to reschedule his appointment. Worst place ever.
Everyone was polite and helpful
I've had 3 separate appointments and each time something happened on Simon Med's end, something with the staff, that have inconvenienced me and disregarded my time, as if my time isn't as valuable as theirs and it has costs me time and money! I'm sure they charge a fee if a patient misses an appointment but they offer nothing when they screw up or disregard a patients time, not even a smile or apology!
