Very disappointing and frustrating experience at the SimonMed Longwood location. The problems started with Julian, the receptionist, who was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. When I explained that my insurance covered the procedure, instead of taking the time to verify the information, he simply told me to call the insurance company. We clearly showed him that our copay was $0, meaning the procedure should have been fully covered, but he still refused to properly address the situation. After the. Best experience I’ve had 2 months ago I had the worst. I had issues on-line setting up the appointment, so I had to do a call in. The site is purposely set up to discourage call ins. I had a gentleman who basically reset me up in the system making me resubmit all of the information that should have already been there. Fourty minutes later my patience ran thin and I asked to escalate to a manager, I got hung up on. Twenty minutes later I never got a call back.
