The gal at reception was outstanding, efficient and incredibly kind. I overheard her talking with others and she was really impressive. The tech was young (love to see young, growing talent) and seemed quite capable. The facility seems a bit old and tired. They could use a refresh or some solid organization.
When I walked in, I was not greeted. The receptionist barely spoke to me. The nurse, however; was very cordial and kind. I was called in 15 minutes late for my appointment.
