I had two mri''s they day and an x-ray. Very professional and courteous. It went so smoothly a little more than an hour for all three. That's competence and caring wrapped up in thank you for your professionalism.
Constructive Feedback As a former Management Excutive it is poor business practice to contact a patient and set a appointment date and time before you have full authorizing from the Insurance Company and Referral Doctor. I have spoke with a few other patients that have had to reschedule because SimonMed jumped the gun and scheduled their appointment before having Full authorization from the Insurance Company

Their website is not user-friendly. As this is my first time going I’m not sure if the wait time is always that long. But I wasn’t thrilled about that either. However all the people I interacted with were extremely nice and knowledgeable
