Great experience here everytime i go.I would recommend it.
Just showed up on Thursday at 4pm so they officially are still open for another hour since they close at 5pm. Walked up and they put a paper sign saying closed for the day but the door was unlocked and open. I walked in and the office is dark and deserted however staff are still in since their MRI was currently running. Call to see if anyone was there and nothing not a sound besides their machine going in the back, so I left. The customer service and help I received from Simonmed cannot be put into words. Johanna in the claims department is your best employee. She is the only reason I was able to finally get my MRI after waiting 13 years! There were others that helped me as well that I cannot remember their names at the moment, but I never had one bad experience with any of them and they treated me like I was a high priority!! The MRI went smoothly and the ladies treated me so nicely! I highly recommend Simonmed!
I called to make an appointment for x-ray and was told x-rays are walk in only, no appointments. So I walked in at the Lake Mary site and was told they don't do x-rays there. So I took my business elsewhere.
