The Laguna Hills location was running 2 hours behind schedule. My 6 PM appointment became 8PM. The tech was great. Once I was ready she positioned me in the MRI machine. I put in my earplugs and she placed headphones over my ears. 22 minutes later I was done. The tech wanted to make sure I was okay and by the time I was out of the dressing room, the next appointment was being loaded into the MRI. The service was great, the ultrasound was fast and on time. The front desk could use better information on copays and deductibles since there are none because they have been met. Also, would like to see an invoice with insurance’s part before payment. I had to request a reimbursement.
Very very nice person
The ladies at front desk were friendly and kind. The same goes for the ultra sound tech Chelsea!
The receptionists were terribly discriminatory and I experienced racism; I hope I never go back there again, I hated that place.
