Had a 7 pm appointment for MRI. Was poked 5 times and they didn't do the part with die. Have to go to their san Clement office to get the second part done. Had 3 MRI at UCLA and yearly blood draws....never had a problem. When you hire newly graduates to cover evenings. Waist of time and money and painful.
Everyone was kind and professional. I went in for a pelvic ultrasound which means I have a full bladder at check in. They wanted to collect money from me in which I knew there would be no charge. It took them a half hour to figure things out, in the meantime I was in agony waiting.
