Professional and well run place
They are terrible, my son went in for a PI case and they sent a $2,000 bill that he can’t pay. Trying to submit a claim to his insurance and they are giving me the runaround. Awful…avoid at all costs. Chat GPT was more helpful in getting the info I needed than they were.
I had a great experience at SimonMed - La Cienega. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the technicians made me feel comfortable during my MRI. The facility was clean and well organized. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and excellent care.
