I had a wonderful experience from the time received the reminder call days before my appointment with preparation instructions to the day of the appointment where I was warmly greeted and effectively treated in a short amount of time.
The facility was hot and humid. But the ladies were nice

Lots of questions. I made appt online and all set. Sent me procedure for day-of test. I didn’t have order from doctor - they were to send directly. I tried 4-5 calls the day before and morning of would test still be done. Just showup with Id/ins. Get there and no order from Doc. Gal at desk very helpful and called doc and got order so could proceed. How did they know what prep I needed if didn’t have order. The woman I talked to on phone in AM was useless.
