Canceled my husband's heart scan the day before his scan because the tech walked out. Sent us the the Humble office, who canceled our appointment the morning of his test because they don't do hearts there. How incompetent can they be.
Everyone professional and informative. Environment clean.
The staff very professional, friendly, discussed the steps of the procedure.
Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment to have a 15 minute MRI!
