Quick and professional. No problems very respectful.
Staff and techs very nice!
Staff was courteous and helpful. The person who ran the actual procedure was friendly, thorough, and competent. All was prompt and on time. My only suggestion would be if possible, to separate out waiting rooms once you’re taken back so men and women sitting in gowns are separated.
This is the first and last time I will use SimonMed's services. I had my bone density done 06/04/2026 and up until today no results were ever faxed to my provider. I had called and requested at least 2 times for the results to be faxed to my doctor. My doctor even called them to send results for my husband as well. Nothing. disappointing.
