I am not exaggerating but they made me wait 3 hours to get a simple chest X-ray. The first location apparently lied and said they didn’t have an X-ray technician so they send me to a sister location off Kaley Ave and I had to wait 3 hours!! I would never go back!
Everyone on staff was friendly and on schedule.
I have been using SimonMed for years. Staff is great and recently has CT with Dawn who was the best in the world. I am a hard, hard person to put an IV in and she did an awesome job. She was very nice and compassionate too.
