Had to go to three different facilities before I could be seen within a half hours time for my Xrays. So much for walk in policy.....
Very disappointed with the Desert Ridge location which is close to my work. I took time off work to get a lower spine X-ray during their listed X-ray hours (8:00–4:30), only to be told when I arrived that the technician could only do upper X-rays and not lower spine. I understand that not all technicians can do everything, but this should be clearly communicated before patients take time off work and come in.
