Very professional and caring
The office was clean and staff was nice. The only problem I had was the lack of clear signage as to what building SimonMed was located in. Perhaps I missed it but I was very frustrated
The first SimonMed that I went to after waiting and filling out forms, I was taken back and told by the technician that I might not be able to be seen because of my back fusion. Shortly thereafter, the MRI technician came and told me that I would have to be seen elsewhere as their equipment wasn’t strong enough to gather my images. I went back to the front desk and was scheduled at another facility farther away from my home for the next day.
