I went to SimonMed Imaging in Carlsbad 12/7/24. I was a little earlier than my 3:00 appointment time and they took me right in. The tech explained the Cardiac Calcium Test to me and then I was in and out in 15 minutes!!! The facility is clean, runs like clockwork and the employees are friendly and patient. But what I liked most was the cost! Because my insurance declined to pay for this test I had to pay out of pocket. It was $99 for the same test Scripps wanted to charge $200 for! They were quick and professional. Also very cost efficient.
There was very little wait which is always great and the staff are very friendly.
The waiting room was a little slow, boring no TV no magazines just(nice)music,, not elevator stuff. When called in the technicians were very professional and really nice, and in real time with me and each other went over every step of the process, before we proceeded.. no surprises.. (professionals)
