The staff was great, but the MRI machine stopped working. We have to reschedule my last MRI. I have a hard time getting around because of my MS, so having to come back will be hard. Again, the staff was great. Also, it took so long for myself and the guy before me to be taken to the back, the guy got mad, and started complaining to the lady at the front desk. I would still recommend Simon Med
Simon Med soooo much better than SMIL.
What a joke! We registered online, set up the appointment, filled out all the paperwork, received numerous appt. confirmation texts and when I showed up for my appointment they said I did not have an appointment anywhere in their system, I logged into the portal and showed them my confirmed appointment but it didn’t matter. Had to do everything again onsite, what a joke!
This is a very clean and comfortable place and very friendly staff and helping if your having trouble with the paper fill outs and very roomie but as quick to get you in and out
Very clean office, quick, professional! I've been her twice and if I ever need an MRI again i.know where to go
