The front desk was excellent, courteous and friendly! The sonographer was efficious and lacked empathy when I complained about physical limitations.

I was very pleased with the nice lady( I'm not good with names) at the front desk. I didn't have the orders for appt. from doctoʻr so she went out of her way to call and get a verbal consent and was very proper, ķind and very professional in doing so. I would really like to let you know you did rìght by puttingher on your staff at SimonMed Imaging- Biltmore! I was very impressed wìth her performance. I'm sorry i don't remember ĥer name .
