I had a great experience here at the Simon Med imaging on Olympic on Beverly Hills.. Everyone was so kind, professional, and helpful. I had accidentally misread my appointment date, but they went out of their way to get me in a few days earlier. They also helped me receive the proper insurance discount, which saved me a significant amount of money.. I truly appreciated how accommodating and caring everyone was. I would definitely use their imaging services again and happily recommend them to others.
The staff was very courteous & prompt. The wait time was short
I’m extremely claustrophobic and the techs knew how distressed I was. my son had to stand next to the “open” MRI and hold my hand for 15 min or longer. Would have been nice if he was offered a chair. No offer of music to be played. Open MRI doesn’t help if you can’t turn your head to the side - which I couldn’t. In hindsight- Would have rather gone to a wide bore MRI. However got results quickly which was nice.
