I had a very bad experience at this imaging company From the scheduling, to authorization to billing, to getting my report and CD, EVERY step of the way was a challenge. Every time I called, they put me on hold and would not get the issue resolved. I would get different answers from different agents regarding the out-of-pocket cost. After I confirm the out-of-pocket cost, they still send me a bill for more than a cost of a cash pay. The MRI techs very professionals and helpful I was very pleased with the way I was helped thank you ! Appointments not to good, but at the end everything was good thank you!!
