This has been the worst experience after having years of horrible experiences. I’m not elderly and I understand my insurance process. The staff kept advising I needed authorization for imaging I went through my step therapy to get to them and SIMON MED STAFF kept saying it’s needs out of the 5 people I have spoken with 2 over the phone that hung up 1 lady who found my auto scdhuled it at a different office and they couldn’t find it BUT NO ONE STILL SUBMITTED IT. Front office of staff very professional very helpful. Very kind. As well as my x-ray technician!! I greatly appreciated them getting me in And out fast!!
