There was a little bit of damage to the inside of our car that happened during the car wash, but Simoniz reimbursed us. I appreciate them making it right, but we had to spend a little bit of time at the dealership.
Worst ever car wash place I have ever been to. I think it is employee owned so there is no accountability. No manager to talk to per se.
I went to the location here in Memphis, TN 8/39/13 and it was the worst full service car wash ever. Dirt was left on my car inside and out. The windows were not done on the inside of the car. The interior and consoles weren't even touched and vacuuming was a hit and miss job. Never will I go there again!!!!!
STOP! DON'T DO IT...This was the worst job I have never received. Then they scatch my car...I have a 12 in scatch across the hood of my car. Their replied - there is no equipment that would make a scatch like that. Called the headquarter and after 3 week of leaving messages their respond was - No equipment could make such a scatch like that. NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.......
This business should be shut down. They damaged my vehicle
