I work for a supplemental insurance company and many times we have difficulties with facilities while we are assisting our policyholders. I had a wonderful experience with Josie N. Josie was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. Josie is the embodiment of what Customer Service should be. We need more employees like her.
I'm still recovering from knee surgery, but the Dr and staff are always very helpful and kind. The doctor sat with me to discuss my care before and after surgery.
