Dr West and her staff have always given me great care. Staff is courteous and welcoming. She is easy to talk to has provided my family and I with great advice. Thank you for your service.
Dr. Simone west is excellent. Very attentive and researches medication prior to prescribing. Good HRT doctor.
Dr. Simone West is very cold and dismissive. I left every single appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. Her care lacked the thoroughness and knowledge I expected from an OB. She's by far the worst OB I've been to. My concerns were never taken seriously and the necessary labs were not ordered. I definitely don't recommend her to anyone. If you're pregnant or trying to conceive, please do yourself a favor and find an OB who's more experienced, attentive and knowledgeable.
All staff were very friendly, form the check-in, medical assistant, doctor, and check out. No complaints!
