This doctor is not professional and misinformed about anything regarding weight loss and holistic medicine. She may be young but her knowledge is not progressive, she doesn’t even try to look for the source of issues. She loves to throw medications at a problem without looking at holistic ways to lower bp, cholesterol, etc. She never helped with insurance appeals until I got the practice manager involved and then it was a weak response from her.
Dr. Bruemmer has been my PCP for a number of years now and I have received excellent care from her. I have had a fear of medical appointments my entire life but the honesty, compassion and understanding that I receive from Dr. Bruemmer makes me feel comfortable enough to discuss embarrassing conditions that in the past I would just try to resolve myself rather than seek medical attention.
She changed my prescription to a drug she sang and danced like it was a miracle drug. The pharmacy wouldn't even refill it since it is not recommended for people over 65. I'm 73. She did not respond to calls from pharmacy, my messages on my chart or my telephone call. She is a waste of your time and energy.
It was a good appointment. I am new to the area and found the entire staff to be helpful
Poorest experience I've ever had with a doctor. Met to renew an ongoing mental health related prescription, and she stated that she does not prescribe that medication, without offering any explanation or alternative treatment options. When pressed for an explanation, she implied that she does not believe that my diagnosis is a real condition. I wouldn't refer anyone to her, because all she does is refer you to someone else. Honestly I can't think of one thing she has taken care of on her own, she rides the coat tails of other Dr's.
Our child almost died in her care, our baby needed to be having formula with breast milk and she just kept pushing for a tongue tie surgery when he had it done already once, I tried calling her about it and instead of calling me back she called cps because we wanted a second opinion. We went to a new Dr and the new Dr had us start supplementing with formula, from that point on our baby started gaining weight and is huge now, she even said once that he's fine cause African kids do ok being small
