Simone is a wealth of deep knowledge of the real estate industry at large and the Oakland real estate market writ large. I consulted with her in connection with securing a line of credit on my home, she prepared a detailed analysis of my home's value based on area comps and was instrumental in helping me secure a line of credit based on a much greater value than I could have imagined.
