Dr Ince has been my derm for over 3 years. I have found her personable, professional and very good at what she does. She discovered a melanoma on my knee and immediately referred me to Virginia Mason for surgery 4 days after biopsy. What impressed me most is that when she called me she had already scheduled my appointment with a surgeon at VM. I recommend her.
