We tried to get my son assistance for home health. We applied two years ago but could not find anyone that will work with the home health company due to not agreeing to the pay they provided. To begin, this company is very dear to my heart. Approximately 5 years ago both my parents were aging and I knew it was time to find them some help. I have called to Simone Home Care. They were extremely nice and helpful. Management is awesome, people are wonderful. They were able to start the next day. The agency sent out a few people for my parents to meet. I found Simone Home care an incredible experience. They cycle through nurses so quickly there is no continuity of care. The owner should change her name to Pinocchio. That's all I'm going to say.
