Simone worked with us for 3 years...going above and beyond the "usual realtor/client relationship"...since we live out of state, Simone was absolutely essential in helping us find our perfect beachfront North Carolina condo...for example (since we could not easily visit each potential property), Simone first went on her own to video each property in order to provide us with "initial" recommendations so that we could properly prioritize our visits...and make the most efficient use of our time...we recommend Simone 1000%!
I actually worked with Simone first in 2019 with thoughts of buying ocean front. Simone showed me several options but the property I wanted was not sellable at that time. I took a break in which time I completely changed what I wanted. Simone once again showed me all the options in this new direction. Once I found what I wanted she was a pro at helping me put together the best transaction ever! It was a long process but she never became frustrated with me and I now live in the perfect place for me!
