Got an eye exam and ordered glasses. 3 1/2 weeks later they finally came in. Made an appointment to pick them up and the bifocal part was up way too high. They had to be redone. After a 4 week wait, I received a text (not a phone call) , that they were in and to call to schedule an appointment. No one ever answers the phone there, so I leave a message. Everyone is so fantastic here. The front desk and all the providers. My favorite is Dr. Simone and Dr. V. Dr. V is so considerate and pays attention to the small details of your past appointments and asks you questions about that (which many doctors don’t). My family and I have been going to both locations for over 12 years. They don’t pressure you to change you script either and have conversations with you to see the best option for your script. They’re just the best!

The jury is out on this somewhat new doctor added to the staff, Dr. Downey. I had an appointment for a follow up exam that was made last July, when I was called by the technician, I was told that I needed another exam. I explained to the technician that my insurance ONLY PAYS FOR EYE EXAMS EVERY 24 MONTHS. The technician took an attitude with me because I told her that I only came for a follow up. I've been seeing Dr. Simone for at least 10 years. He's a great doctor. The entire staff there is very friendly. I go every year for a dilated eye exam, and he's always careful and thorough. Not only that, I'm always in and out fairly quickly, never having to wait a long time because he's running behind, like what happens at most doctors. I'd definitely recommend to anyone based on my experiences.
