The process was just easy, Sid walked us through everything. The initial design, the process, the tweaks we wanted. Nothing too much, I recommend going to simonds ans seeing Sid.
Siddhant is just brilliant! I could not decide to choose a builder for 12 months until I met Siddhant at Riverlea Park. He guided and explained with patience about the whole build process and the better quality build with Simonds Homes. I would recommend Siddhant to anyone for their own good.
We are about to start our build and looking forward to it. The experience so far has been excellent. Sid Lakhina (sales) was extremely helpful and gave us some excellent guidance as well. From initial contact to design selections and now to build, it's been a smooth process with a very responsive team.
