Be cautious when signing up to build with Simonds. There will be lengthy delays, shoddy work and will not accept fault for their errors. During the build we had $1200 of water usage charges, and we kept telling them there is a leak. Eventually after handover it came to the surface, and we have water bills proving there was a leak beforw handover, but they keep stating oh we are not at fault.
