I’ve visited Simon med for myself and also my son. There is always an issue with the billing department. The latest one is they had us waiting for a 40 chest xray, because they’ve already ordered couldn’t verify insurance. I provided the insurance card that stated Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, and the reason they could not verify is because they were trying to bill BCBS of Illinois. I wish there were more xray facility options in Arizona because I would never return to Simon Med.
An administrative disaster. Never returns calls for appointments. Would look elsewhere for imaging services.
Have to arrive 15 minutes early for appt yet they find it ok that you sit In the waiting room for almost 45 minutes later than your scheduled appt. Medical places are a joke. They have no respect for an individuals time.
Originally booked an appointment for 10am online and the day before we get a text saying our appointment is for 1pm without even bothering to ask if that’s okay. Then the day of only 10 minutes before they cancel our appointment saying their machine is under maintenance and ask to call back to book another time. Called back right after and they already booked us for 3 without even asking again.
