I met Simon 9 years ago as I was looking to purchase an affordable townhouse or condo in the Millburn-Summit area. As my purchase realtor, Simon painstakingly looked for viable candidates in an extremely tight market. When we found the dream place, I listened to his expertise on price & timing and haven't forgotten his words to date -sometimes you have to throw your logic out.
