All I can say is "wow!" I participated in a group "cleanse" with Isabelle. My purpose was to see if I felt any better and if I lost some weight along the way, great. After the cleanse I felt better than I had in years. Renewed energy and purpose. Even lost 14 pounds. But more importantly, Isabelle provided me with a food education. My arthritis was hurting my hands and wrists on a daily basis. Doctors wanted to give me drugs and shots and talk of surgery.
