I was on the buyer’s agent side with Simon on the listing agent’s side on a transaction. I loved working with him. He has excellent communication and I could tell that he genuinely wanted my buyers to be happy with the home. He is very kind, thorough and thoughtful. Simon has been absolutely great to work with! He assured me from day one that he'd make sure to take care of everything I needed from him as a property manager as long as I gave him the reigns. I had an immediate need to find tenants to occupy one of my units. Rather than get someone immediately he took the time to properly vet the applicants to make sure we'd get the best tenant.
