Excellent all around. Professional in the sales off ice and on-site. Chances are they sponsored you or someone you know minor sports league if you grew up in or around Newmarket. You will not be disappointed! The door they installed in my house is amazing, and all their timeliness were spot on.

Wow service!! After interviewing three window companies we commissioned Simon & Sons with the replacement of all our windows at our home on Aurora . They made everything so easy and delivered the highest quality service & windows! We switched over 20 windows to brand new black windows and smile everyday!! They delivered on price, service and quality every step of the way!! Colin and his crew were friendly, efficient and very experienced!! Hurry up and give them a call!! 5 Stars!
Excellent service and attention to detail!
Couldn't ask for better post sales support. I damaged a guide wheel on a sliding patio door that was purchased from and installed by Simon & Sons in 2019 (5 years ago), totally my fault. I called them in to inspect/repair what I'd done and they promptly replaced the wheel at no charge. I couldn't ask for better support and will absolutely hands down turn to them for any further windows and/or door upgrades !
