Hi everybody so I was taking a walk with my friend just to simply get a battery for my watch for my watches at two watches so I stopped off at a place on 63rd and regal Park. The name of the place is called Simon and Sons. I’m at the Sun I’m the father very very nice people. I asked him if they can fix watches they said yes I said how much is it they said seven dollars apiece. I said fantastic. Service is really bad.That one old man is unwilling to help the customer and very judging.Will never come back.
Very dissatisfied with the repair service. I dropped off a chain to have the latch flipped as it was not laying flat on my chest. They decided to cut two parts of my chain and add a jumper link which I did not request nor was it confirmed with me. Only one cut was needed to do the job I asked and I specified this when dropping it off. Will never be returning here again.
