Hi everybody so I was taking a walk with my friend just to simply get a battery for my watch for my watches at two watches so I stopped off at a place on 63rd and regal Park. The name of the place is called Simon and Sons. I’m at the Sun I’m the father very very nice people. Service is really bad.That one old man is unwilling to help the customer and very judging.Will never come back.
Very dissatisfied with the repair service. I dropped off a chain to have the latch flipped as it was not laying flat on my chest. They decided to cut two parts of my chain and add a jumper link which I did not request nor was it confirmed with me. Only one cut was needed to do the job I asked and I specified this when dropping it off. Will never be returning here again.
