Great string of eateries and young fashionable Manhattan/Hoboken vibe.
i love living here. the apartment is gorgeous and well worth the money in my opinion. these reviews are not it. you are moving to a historical building, you should expect thin walls / to be able to hear your neighbor. also - they are very up front about parking during a tour. i haven’t had an issue finding parking somewhere on the grounds, although sometimes i have to walk farther than i’d like. if you want a designated spot you can pay the monthly fee, although i choose not to. i love the access to all the shops / restauran... read more
