Horrible RIPS OFFS! HORRIBLE RIP OFFS! They terrify you into paying for uneeded repairs. They usually prey on individuals with little or no automotive knowledge, mostly women. They told me basically part of my engine was going to fall out on the road if I didn't have over $1,000 dollars worth of repairs done right before my inspection was due.
