Ive never left a review before, but my experience with Simon Roofing was frustrating enough to warrant one. From the start, communication was inconsistent. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on the roof replacement timeline. When the crew finally arrived, they seemed rushed and unprepared. The workmanship was below expectations. William Hernandez from Arizona's staff came out to assist my storage facility in Peoria AZ and was awesome! Very detail oriented, patient, and polite. I would definitely recommend these roofers to anyone! Plus, their customer service 1800 number actually answers within 2 minutes of calling.
