Ive never left a review before, but my experience with Simon Roofing was frustrating enough to warrant one. From the start, communication was inconsistent. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on the roof replacement timeline. When the crew finally arrived, they seemed rushed and unprepared. The workmanship was below expectations. William Hernandez from Arizona's staff came out to assist my storage facility in Peoria AZ and was awesome! Very detail oriented, patient, and polite. I would definitely recommend these roofers to anyone! Plus, their customer service 1800 number actually answers within 2 minutes of calling.
I worked for Simon roofing a couple of years ago. I didn't mind working for them. But then they demanded I move from Jacksonville Florida to Washington DC with no notice. When I refused they terminated me without warning. I am also looking into a lawsuit against them for what ever my lawyer says they could not do as a company on how they treated me. I have even sent in applications to see if they would rehire me to save us both the trouble and headaches of court proceedures. But to no avail they believe I must be just playin... read more
