I started using Dr. Simon when I moved to the area, my experience with Dr. Simon has been Great, Professional, honest, caring. I’m getting much better care than I was receiving before. He explains everything and is a straight shooter! The office staff is friendly and always has followed up on any test results and even appointment confirmations! I honestly feel like he is a doctor that cares and glad to have found him.
Will not follow up with you after physical and blood work. Could not ask woman at front desk for help...she became very defensive and loud when I asked about my test results. Found another MD don't need yelling match
No follow up Lab results done by receptionist...I get results guick them and I don,t call office to review..
No personality. Doesn’t listen and closed minded when I bring up anything herbal. He spends his visit time typing, with no eye contact. Will not prescribe over the phone even for a long time patient. Refers you out to others for anything!! Found a new doctor and found out I’ve been under medicated for years!!
