Dr Patton and his resident were thorough learning my history and my problems. I would highly recommend them!
Dr. Patton made sure I understood what and how my procedure would play out. He was very kind and patient as he answered the questions my husband and I had. His staff called after I went home to make sure all was going the way it should. I would recommend him to anybody that would need help with female issues. You won’t be disappointed!
Everyone is very friendly when I actually get to talk to someone. Only 1 time has someone returned my call in a timely manner. I'm in horrible pain and still waiting for treatment. This is not the first time this has happened. If there is a secret to getting phone calls returned, please fill me in. I am trying to be patient, but there has got to be some form of communication! Even if it's just to let me know, "we got your message and are working on it" instead of just no response what-so-ever. I am very frustrated!
I couldn’t have asked for anything more…. Dr. Patton is very kind and listens AND he explains himself very well.
