I had a great experience at this location (Deer Valley)…better than other locations. From check-in to finish the whole process was simple, fast, professional, friendly and clean. Check in guy was so nice, and my actual tech Shannen was lovely👍 Thank you and good job, I will use this location again.
My appt went smoothly and everyone was polite
The estimated wait time I was given upon arrival was totally incorrect. I was told 30-40 minutes and it took an hour and 15 minutes. Very unorganized location compared to other Simonmed locations l.
