I had an appointment at 8:30 and was told to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead. I had taken medication because I’m severely claustrophobic, at the recommended time for the test. They were running behind and I did go up and let the people at the front desk know I had taken medication and she said I would be called next. The tech that helped me and performed the test was efficient and patient since the meds had made me groggy.

Excellent service and care at this location off of 27th in Phoenix. Reception and mamography tech were super nice and accommodating.
I came in for a mammogram. Your front staff was exceptionally nice, but the mammogram technician short skinny little little woman. She was not very nice not very friendly. I have my boobs hanging out and she’s just so nonchalant she just she rubbed me wrong. I’m sorry I felt very uncomfortable. It doesn’t make me wanna come back. She wasn’t very nice.
Chris, the tech, was on time and personable.
