Dan continually demonstrates his fidelity and support of the transformative approach to resolving conflict. He passionately teaches the principles that provide the foundation for this relational approach. He gave me a vision for how to more clearly reflect to others that will continue to challenge some of my mediation skills. If you don’t want to gain a deeper understanding of the transformative process and or don’t want to assess your own assumptions and biases, then do not take his seminars. I highly recommend Dan!!

I enjoyed Dan's 20 hour zoom course on transformative mediation. Dan's expertise and his passion for this approach were quite inspiring. I enjoyed the balance between theory and experiential learning and time for questions. I will be applying the new skills that I learned in my practice. Thanks, Dan!

Dan Simon 's training in mediation transformative is fun and also adapted to "reality", we are not just focusing on " theory". The role play were engaging and really helpful to understand better and become transformative mediator.

I recently took Dan’s Divorce and Family Mediation Training-The Transformative Approach. I found it to be incredibly valuable and informative. He’s a great instructor and conversationalist who is passionate about this client focused approach to conflict. It was a very engaging and fun training to participate in! The skills learned in this course will help anyone to better understand how to be supportive while also empowering people during some of their weakest moments. Looking forward to future trainings with Dan!
