I almost never give 1star ratings. The technicians at the location act professional and are kind. However today a student who told me she was 6 months from receiving her license was the sole practioner taking the image. The scheduling department and overall company are very difficult to deal with. It took 3 separate calls to schedule the appointment. I spent 30+ minutes on 2 of the calls. Absolutely by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to schedule an image. Calling for weeks, leaving many messages, being on hold for hours, all meaningless and in the end could not get an image done in time. Could not even file a complaint with any management. If there was a gold medal for unprofessionalism they would win it!
I had a HIDA (gall bladder) scan here. It was a 100% positive experience. Carlos, the technician who did the scan was wonderful! His IV insertion was completely painless, and he clearly explained each step of the process before it happened so I understood what to expect. It was really reassuring.
This place is a joke. I had an appointment. For about 2 weeks. They call the day before to tell me they had not contacted my insurance. And in have to either pay upfront for a ct scan or wait at least another 2 weeks. A cpl months ago I had a mammogram and it was the worst one I ever had it was bruised for about 3 weeks after clear up to my shoulder. Hopefully they can get me in at the hospital for the test I need. i want nothing to do with this place.
I've read these other terrible reviews and am shocked. Is this the same place I've had 8 or 9 CT's over the past 3 years? They are super friendly, helpful, scheduling was a breeze, answered the phone quickly and the Tech, Shannon, is the absolute best. I hate going but I truly look forward to seeing Shannon every time. She is a jewel. People have good days and bad days. Right?
