Horrible. Back and forth saying im not approved when ive got approval from insurance. Sent me a text automatically changing my appointment 30mins prior when I had already confirmed for a set time. You will never get ahold of someone from the actual location. Every call goes to a call center out of the country
All of the staff here that I interacted with was extremely friendly and professionals. The Office Manager, I believe her name is Shelby, went above and beyond to help me when my insurance and doctors offices were being complicated.
This much like other medical facilities in Arizona have an incredibly unprofessional staff. The day of my appointment, I get a call at 7:30am stating that my insurance company needs authorization for the imaging scheduled. She specifically said that I needed to have a 3-way call with my insurance company and my doctor. This led to 90 minutes waiting to get a hold of my insurance provider only to be told that pre-authorization wasn't required. Had an appointment and even with not getting my paperwork done ahead of time or saved, got in, filled out papers, and was seen before my appointment time. Mammogram was quick and the tech was very friendly (sorry I forgot her name). Will come back next year.
And definitely not deserving of one star. They are not a walk in facility for x rays unless you show up before lunch. They apparently send their x ray technologists home HOURS before their actual close time. Call first everyone.
