busy place but the waits are usually not that bad, just wish i didn't go so often
Having an appointment means nothing. Make sure you don't use the app or link they send to check in. Apparently that doesn't work.
Best possible rating and efficiency to Anissa! I have spent days on the phone with a scheduling representative don’t waste your time with that! It is worth the trip to Simon Med to get necessary information! Anissa cleared up a problem in 5 minutes that could not be cleared up for days and hours on the phone! Thank You Anissa!!!
All the staff I interacted with were so helpful and kind! Lula, another front desk person (short brown hair - I didn’t ask his name), and Justin the technician that took my xray. Thank you! Would recommend this location :-)
Horrible. Back and forth saying im not approved when ive got approval from insurance. Sent me a text automatically changing my appointment 30mins prior when I had already confirmed for a set time. You will never get ahold of someone from the actual location. Every call goes to a call center out of the country
