My family has been eating at Simon's at least once a week since it opened. Simon has entertained all of my sons' SHS friends with elegance and respect, and has added to their global knowledge. After every concert, we ran to Simon's to celebrate! The food is amazingly fresh and healthy and the staff is so personable and family oriented.
