Simon Joseph Custom Homes is an outstanding quality home builder. Marius has a unique talent for design, material selection and bring vision into reality. He built my home in Lucas, TX along with 3 high-end additions including a large sauna and separate steam room off the primary suite. In 2021, I sold this home for $2.3M and downsized to a much smaller home, and Marius reimagined my current home inside and outside, and I couldn't be happier. I must say Simon Joseph Custom Homes cares 100% and it shows in the end result.

I had 2 homes built by Simon Joseph Custom Homes. They delivered an excellent quality of homes beyond the normal standard of home builders. They guarantee their work and willing to work to satisfy their clients. They are very flexible to accommodate your plan in term of construction as well as financial situation. Basically, their client's satisfaction is their number 1 priority. I would build another custom home with them next time.
