We bought a HPU bracelet as a graduation gift for our daughter. According to our receipt, we were assisted by Dean Charlton, He was most helpful. He attached the additional charm we purchased, and wrapped our present beautifully. Our purchase was not large in comparison to the other many beautiful things they have for sale, but we were treated as if our sale was the most important one they had that day. Our daughter loves her bracelet! I highly recommend Simon Jewelers.
