Betty is everything I could ever want in a hairstylist! From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. I told her, “More blonde, please,” and she absolutely understood the assignment. She delivered exactly what I was hoping for and somehow made it even better. Worst place ever. Never go here. Tony is a very rude man and kept lecturing me about his theory on his haircutting process.
My mum and I went to Simon’s to get a hair cut. Betty was very caring and considerate. She is patient and takes time to care for our hair. She also gave us suggestions of hairstyles that we can try. Overall, very pleasant experience!
I have been a repeat customer since at least 2021. This place has impressed me for its friendly staff and reasonable prices. It's truly a no-frills hair salon. They get the job done well. Unlike other salons, where they serve you drinks and offer a massage, which are not necessary, this place simply gets the job done. I like Simon's simplicity and down-to-earth approach to customers. After all, all we want is a haircut. :) Please keep up the good work!
