My daughter and son inlaw built with Simon's twice. They just moved in. The house is an absolute disgrace. Very very poor workmanship, painting a disgrace, wasn't cleaned, paint all over windows. Would not recommend them ever.

Zero stars - worst builder or should i say cowboy ive ever dealt with. 12 months longer to build than whats in the contract. Defects everywhere. Unqualified tradesmen.
